we are trying to raise funds for legal services for four siblings which live apart but are being refused the right to have contact with each other. we have been refused legal aid to help us fund our solicitor. our solicitor at the moment is acting on our behalf for free but unfortunatly the barrister can not do this and nor can our solicitor for much longer. we have two children living with us and two children who was adopted which one was founded that there was no grounds to be removed but unfortunatly was placed for adoption with her older sibling. judge ruled for future siblings to have direct contact when the youngest reaches 7 years old. when the youngest finally became 7 we asked for contact between siblings to begin, both adoption parents and adoption team refused the children the right to contact. our older children then started to get in contact through facebook as they are being refused. every time they made contact it has been stopped and repeatly we have had the adoption team threatening us with the police and stating that we must ignore our other children when they get in contact. because we refused to ignore our own children we lost our right to have letterbox contact with one another aswell. if we dont get this in court it could possibly lead to our children running away to find us, it is a very long trip for a 13 and 10 year old to take on their own. please help us by giving a donation to help us that one step closer to getting this in court to help these siblings get the contact they deserve.
