Lets Come Together & Raise Money for The Booth Centre!

With the ever growing problem of homelessness in Manchester and the Northwest, it is heart warming to know that a charity such as The Booth Centre is up and running. They aim to empower vulnerable people by offering them experience, qualifications and new skills in their day centre. They also offer breakfast and dinner to the homeless and allow them to work in the centre in the kitchen and cleaning.

We are Show City Events, a Manchester Metropolitan University based events company made up of second year Events Management students. On the 26th February 2016 we will be hosting a charity gala dinner event celebrating 21 years of the Booth Centre. We have gained the support of Hotel Football, who have offered us complimentary hire of the venue as the owners are known for supporting the homeless in Manchester.

We hope that the people of Manchester will join together to make this event special and to raise not only awareness but funds for The Booth Centre, and help tackle the stigma that surrounds the homeless in our city.
