Short Film: 4251

I am Dezmo DeGano, a budding young filmmaker from the land of potatoes; Boise, Idaho. I have been gifted with a family that not only supports my passions, but encourages me to chase after them. My parents instilled in me at a young age the idea that life is a precious gift and that we should strive to live it to the fullest.

It was with this mentality that I stumbled upon the world of filmmaking. I was immediately entranced by the way that it allows me to bring my wildest imaginations to life on the big screen. I soon realized that this was my true calling, I took the leap, bidding farewell to my hometown and embarking on a journey to Hollywood, California, where I've spent the past three years studying the art of filmmaking and honing my craft.

My thesis film, "4251," is a testament to my beliefs about living life to the fullest. Despite being a philosophical dark comedy, the film delves into the heavier themes of the choices we make and the consequences that come with them. Through the story of a judge who must choose between the fates of two souls in limbo, I hope to highlight the importance of following one's passions and living a life without regret.

I am eager to share "4251" with the world and inspire others to embrace the idea that life is too short to waste time doing things that don't bring us joy. My mission is to make the world a funnier, more thought-provoking place, one film at a time.
