Shipping Container Resort – Sustainability

Our past experiences are specialized in shipping container modifications; taking used containers and converting them into sustainable living quarters, mobile bars and restaurants, and traveling apparel shops. Now we have plans to create a private resort on 24 acres of Colorado mountain property. Don't think of a bunch of containers stacked on one another with rooms built in each container. Think about a 3000 square foot private suite built from shipping containers with no attaching neighbors and capable of sleeping 20 guests. This will be just one of the many suite options available. The resort will have 10 total suites. The largest one being over 3000 square feet and 9 others from 860 down to 300 square feet, all with at least a kitchenette if not a full size kitchen. The resort will have a lodging capacity of 56 guests but will be open to the public daily for day and evening events and recreational activities.

We are JCRJ Investments, LLC and this entity is registered with the state of Colorado as of 2/2018. We are currently under contract to purchase 24 acres of a historical mining property. This property is nearly 2 centuries old and has been out or production since 1965. That is not even the fascinating part. This mine was closed due to a financial hardship and was closed temporarily with intentions to reopen the mine. It never re-opened and today all the tools, equipment, buckets and carts, and miles of cart track still rest in the mine and much of it is accessible with the proper equipment.

The treasures below not only consist of the original tools and equipment but the bedrock is still enriched with precious metals and crystals that have value. The treasures above are the mountain views, the grouping of the mountain trees combined with 8 to 10 acre of flat treeless landscaping perfect for the setting of each suite. The property is in the middle of the National Forest and is approved for conditional use upon permitting. Once the resort is complete, there will be endless recreational activities from hiking the National Forest, ATVs, off-road 4-wheeling, fishing, and just exploring the great outdoors!

We are planning to begin construction June of this year and be complete with the entire resort by the summer of 2021. We are looking to raise funding to help with our startup expenses, securing the land purchase, and providing working capital to begin the first phase of construction.

We have a substantial amount of interest regarding this resort idea and people are anxious just to see if we are going to start it and come through with it. We love nothing more than to exceed expectations and this resort will happen and will exceed everyone's expectations. This resort will become very successful and will be very exciting for guests. W hope to get many interested backers and hope to see many of those backers when you are enjoining your rewards for donating! All pictures are of the actual property and within the mine. The water table is 7 floors deep in the mine and only accessible with proper gear and certified experiences.

Please note that the rewards only apply to the lodging rate. Any recreational rentals and food and beverages are not included in the rewards packages.
