Shining Hearts

Shining Hearts will be a Children's Home to provide housing for abandoned, abused and neglected children in Palm Beach County. Our goal is not only to give them a stable place to live but, to teach them social skills; life skills; build self esteem and self respect. They will be provided with safe transportation to and from school. They will have homework support, tutors, mentors and health specialist available for them. Staff will live in home as (house parents) and provide all needs just as their own children. We will encourage them to engage in recreational sports and activities and will have a chance to live a normal life. They will range from male and female of all ages with none to mild disabilities. We are trying to raise funds for a location and the start up cost for daily operations. While loving and caring for children is free we're faced with realization of fees for mandatory trainings and licenses. Funds raised will also help with Tax Exempt 501(c)(3); Florida Articles of Incoporation of a Non-profit Corporation; User fee for Exempt Organization Letter Request and County Zoning Permit. We're grateful for any donations and take interest in anyone that may know of any services that could help for the cause. All donations will go directly towards the starting process. We will continue to raise funds with live events and activities such as dinners, auctions, raffle ticket sales and bake sales for families and friends.
