SheSheLDN Women’s Empowerment Network

Hello, thank you for taking time out of your day to read this. My name is Shereen Nelson a 33 year old Mum of 2 children aged 3 and 5 years. I have a BSc and PGDip in Psychology and I have a passion for assisting women and girls from all walks of life achieve their goals and dreams.

SheSheLDN Women's Empowerment Network is an organisation aimed at bringing women of all ages and backgrounds together and giving them the psychological tools to be the best versions of themselves. The company mantra is "Queen's help queen's to build their dreams".

The company will host events to empower women in different area's of their lives be it health, entrepreneurship, relationships and life in general. Creating vision is the core foundation of this business and for this reason there will be many workshops, training and events based on creating vision boards to inspire women to visualise and manifest their dreams.

SheSheLDN (WEN) will also carry out individual and group coaching sessions tailored to the individual needs of our clients. This will support them in the manifestation of their life goals, dreams and visions. The company will help eradicate any negative perspective's and limiting beliefs these women may have and whenever they attend a coaching session or empowerment event they will leave feeling like a recharged ball of energy ready to take on all areas of their lives.

SheSheLDN (WEN) believes that the universe operates under one holistic system and that the mind, body and soul work in unison in every part of life, so we incorporate this approach in all our sessions. Acknowledging any issues our clients have at the start of a class and working on breathing techniques to start with in order to have a clear mind and to be able to put things into perspective.

SheSheLDN will create content and merchandise for our clients to be able to continue living an empowered lifestyle even when they are at home. Social media such as Instagram and YouTube will play a big part in our content deliverance. We will also host webinars, create ebooks and podcasts . We really want to reach women on the go who potentially don't have the time to attend our groups.

In order to make this a reality I will need the support of you amazing people in the community who can help me to raise £10,000 for resources and equipment. Let's help make the lives of women all around the world, lives worth living, lives worth waking up to and lives with empowering success stories.

SheSheLDN will also be supporting and donating to charities aimed at helping and empowering women and young girls.
