Shelter for Bears

“Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.” – Jim /The Office/.

We don`t have contract with Schrute farms, so we don`t have enough beets to help people to get through 2020. We also don`t wan`t any legal problems with Battlestar Galactica creators and producers so that option also falls off.

So our only hope is clear – bears. Of course not the real ones – we are not that crazy.

Our non-profit organization uses symbol of bear as a spirit of strength, confidence, standing against adversity, taking action and leadership. The spirit of the the bear indicates it’s time for healing or using healing abilities to help self or others.

The spirit of bear emphasizes the importance of solitude, quiet time, rest.

2020 is one of the hardest years most of us have been trying to get through all around world – there have been more disasters in half year than centipede have legs. That is the reason why we decided to make non-profit organization for those in need.

Our non profit organization consists mostly of students who work part time jobs and spends free time delivering food from store to elderly and people in isolation because of COVID-19, teaching how to properly do CPR, teaching how to swim and how to react and what to do in unexpected situations or disasters. These are the main our tasks but not the only ones – we were also joining search and rescue missions of lost people, cleaning up forests, feeding stray dogs and cats, while trying to find them new homes, restoring children`s playgrounds – everything we can do with our limited resources.

Now we want to “kill to birds with one stone” – we want to open animal shelter where most of staff would consist people with disabilities. Problem is that we are making custom gifts, as in the image shown above, to fund our activities, but still, we don`t have enough funds.

That is our main objective but there are many new plans coming up, so join us!
