Campaign Story
To make affordable housing a reality for lower -middle income earners whilst making them environmentally sustainable. This project is to address the inability of lower-middle income earners to own affordable houses. The high cost of owning or purchasing homes is as a result of the use of building materials which are costly since most are imported. This project is also addressing the lack of innovation in using alternative technologies such as Rammed earth which uses about 70% locally sourced materials for the construction which are environmentally sustainable.Shelter is a basic human right, thus when one is without shelter everything is disrupted from health, economic, social life, psychology. So if one is able to own a home at an affordable price whilst it is been environmentally sustainable which would improve the health of the home owner and help the family or save money on constant maintenance. This translates into making families more happy and living fulfilled ones whilst introducing their other friends and families that are committed to owning an affordable home which was in actual fact an illusion before. People would be able to meet their financial obligations of home ownership without any stress.
