Shekinah Glory Baptist Church Building Project

Shekinah Glory Baptist Church (also known as SGBC) has been founded in the year 1985. The building was made of coconut wood and Nipa serves as the roof. The walls were made of bamboo trees.

For years, we have been trying to improvise, renovate and improve our church building. This church has members who earn less than $1 a day. There are few members of the church who were blessed to finish college education and started working and earning more, who graciously and voluntarily help in their own right to improvise our church building. These members sacrificially give as well to at least improve our structure and make it a little conducive for worship.

However, the Lord leads us to know at door of your heart, to financially help us realize our dream of having a church that stands tall as a manifestation of our faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. Assuredly, God uses instrumentality and other people to help His cause and promote His Ministry.

The main goal is not to beautify the church but to build a lasting testimony of faith and by it more people will come to Christ.
