Le Nhi is an intelligent young woman, who works in France. She was a Vietnamese boat people. Her family and she escaped Vietnam and resided at a refugee camp in Hong Kong in the 1990s. Le Nhi was also the Co-Founder of the Vietnam Boat People Page. She also helped to manage and being an admin to this page.

With the desire to find pictures, videos, articles about Vietnamese boat people from 1975-1995, Le Nhi created the Vietnam Boat People Page. She worked hard, and she spent a lot of time looking for documents about Vietnamese boat people. In order for the next generations of younger Vietnamese people to understand the painful truth of Vietnam, these facts must be published.

Thanks to the humanitarianism of the US government and the American people,

Le Nhi worked hard to earn the money so that she could help those who were detained and who were waiting for a decision from the UNHCR in Thailand. She supported many Vietnamese refugees in Thailand. She intended to make the new website to store all photos, videos, documents about Vietnamese boat people.

Tragically, Le Nhi was diagnosed with severe lung cancer and is required medical treatments for (at least) 10 months. She has no health insurance.

We are asking for everyone’s prayers. We also need your support to pay for her medical bills, which could potentially cost tens of thousands of US dollars.

She had been working in France for the past few years with a high salary; however, she used all her money to help others who were in hardship. Now, she doesn't have enough money to pay for her healthcare bills.
