Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), also known as chronic myeloid leukemia, is a cancer of the white blood cells. It is a form of leukemia characterized by the increased and unregulated growth of myeloid cells in the bone marrow and the accumulation of these cells in the blood.
She was diagnosed 4 years ago and since then she was taking her meds named "Tasigna" made of Novartis with a generic name "Nilotinib", as she continues her battle of this disease she is in-need of 372 tablet that cost Php 595,519.92 quarterly. Luckily Novartis is giving 90% discount of her meds so shes needing Php59,551.99 per quarter. Total amount she needs per year is 238,000 ($6,432SGD).
