Shawn needs our help!

Hi. Friend. Acquintance. Just met online. Close ones. Colleagues. You're reading this because we are connected. At some level at some point, our path had crossed and hopefully gave impact during those times.

For those who know me for a long time, you know my energy level, happiness, laugh, fun fun fun, jokes and antics. You know how bouncy and gay i as iam.

Some of you might know how heavy eater i was, plate after plate after plate in a buffet.

Having those said, you may have also noticed that i've been very sickly recently and with that, my body starts to wear me down. I lost my appetite and wasnt able to eat anything for days. Amazingly i was able to survive.

Saturday january 13th. 10pm. I screemed for help from my dear reliable friends who are like my siblings for years. They came and have seen me with all these physical chaos at its worst. Luckily one of them is well versed in the medical field that calmed us down and melted our panic.

10:30 they packed my bags and rushed me to the nearest Emergency Room. They stayed with me the whole time and even runs back n forth for my documents.

There are 4 major contributing factor for all these pains im going through right now.one is dengue, gastro enthritis, blood contamination on left foot and psyriosis

My fever has been ranging from 38 to 4 2 and still they can give a solid diagnosis.

Im currently confined in a hospital for 4 days now and since day 1, series of tests has been done and will still be done.

With all the struggles and i may say an expensive purchase, my finances has gone the drain and still being flushed down. We have reached the maximum limit of my hmo as of 5:40pm january 17th. We already filed the philhealth requirement and we have submitted in pcso. We have exhausted our family savings as well.

This is pretty embarrasing on my end but ill be asking for your help. Im humbly knocking at the doors of your hearts if you can help me raise funds for my bills and medicines on the coming days. I have no where to go to now but i want to make sure that ill check all unturned stones. Any amount will do as long as it woulnd be too much of a burden. Im sorry if i made you read that long and at the end of it, ill just solicit. Im putting my faith into this post. Ill do my best to return the amount once im back on my feet.
