Keon Simon Cusi

Hi! I am Keon Simon C. Cusi, five years old. I am active, happy and sweet kiddo but sadly I have congenital heart disease, cyanotic, tetralogy of fallot, severe infundibulovalvar pulmonary stenosis, I always wanted to run like other children on my age. But my mom, doesn't want to for I easily get tired. Few steps...and I'll be on one side throwing up due to tiredness. My Mom did everything to give my medical needs. I had my cardiac catheritization last August 2016, MRI on October 2017 and dental surgery on October 2018. I badly needed open heart surgery, I always had attacks that brought my family in fears. The money we had is not yet enough for my surgery this coming December. I am asking for your kind heart if you could spare your love to me by donating any amount for my operation.
