Hello Lovely People,

My name is Zsofi and after 12 years of serious practice and dedicated studies in different parts of the world, I have recently become a certified Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India. To start my own little business in helping others transform their lives for the better has been my long-cherished dream. However, a serious illness Endometriosis has been holding me back physically and emotionally for the last 3 years. Now, that I am recovered, I feel with every single part of me that the time has come.

The method I teach is Hatha Yoga Vinyasa Flow combined with Sound Healing and Thai-Yoga Massage Therapy. I want to encourage people of any age, gender, or body construction to become a better, healthier and happier version of themselves by each class. All I need for that is some financial support for the establishment, webdesign, promotion, classroom rental and basic props (mats, blocks, straps).
