Hi! Hope you are doing well.
We are currently raising funds for our beloved baby boy, Jeroshan Khalid Gunawardana, or as we fondly call him: SHAN-SHAN.
Shan-shan is a very playful boy, always smiling and a very sweet son to his mom, Melanie Joy Bacelonia.
Shan-shan was born with Pediatric Anorectal Malformation (Imperforate Anus) and needs to be treated.
It pains us to see him struggle with this condition, but we firmly believe that we can help him and his mom overcome this challenge and let him live a normal life.
He needs to undergo an operation. His mom has been trying to keep up with the other medical expenses that her resources are almost nearly depleted.
As family and friends of baby Shan-shan, we are appealing to your hearts to aid in the funding of his operation. Any amount of donation can immensely help.
We truly believe God will do supernatural miracle and that Shan-shan can fully live a normal life just like other kids, but he needs our help.
