Shake it

My husband and I recently opened a gym called Move Fitness in Boynton Beach, FL. We followed our dream of trying to build a different type of fitness facility, where families are always welcome, fitness is hard- but fun, and never boring. We welcome every one with open arms-no matter what your excerise past is. We want to know you personally, and help you attain your goal. We have made a lot of sacrifices and thankfully-it has paid off. The gym is busy and the reviews have been fantastic. As any new business owner will tell you, our head swirls constantly with ways to improve the gym. the question we always ask ourselves is-What will make you more successful in your attaining a healthier lifestyle? If I was a client what would I want? Our list is long, but we're starting with helping your diet. We would like to add a protein shake bar to the gym. As a friend of ours said," first we Move it, then we'll shake it!"

thus we knew we had to do it. We are partnering with Herbalife and Advocare to provide healthy shakes and snacks for your post work out cravings. We are looking to enclose an area of the gym, add a refrigerator and install countertops. Not to mention buying top of the line professional mixers. We can only hope you see the potential in our dream of expanding our business. We are truly working for our clients!
