We are students taking BS Clothing Technology at the University of the Philippines Diliman. The BS CT Program, under the College of Home Economics, offers courses that prepare the creative individual for the professional and dynamic world of the fashion and garments industry by allowing us to master and be adept of the industry’s four core functions: Design, Management, Production, and Research.

In fulfillment of requirements for our major subject CT 108.1: Management in the Garment Industry, our class worked together as a mock “factory” (named Kendy Lee Inc.) and held a garment sewing project, wherein we produced a clothing collection for a selected beneficiary. Our chosen recipient is Gentle Hands Inc., an orphanage that specializes in handling children that suffer from traumatic backgrounds. They recommended we produce for 45 children, ages 3-12.

The project’s products consist of sleepwear sets. Our class handled all operations, from costing and sourcing to production and distribution. All our expenses were funded from various sources, mostly from solicitations and our own pocket money. We believe that your monetary support would be a huge help in our efforts to reimburse all those who shelled out huge amounts. Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you and God bless!
