SEWING MACHINES TO START SMALL BUSINESS

I am a 29 years old fashion design graduate living in Cape Town. I completed my studies, graduating with a Diploma in Fashion.

It has always been a dream of mine to one day have a business where I create fashionable and size appropriate clothing for the bigger woman. I too am of the bigger size,so I know and understand the struggles of finding clothing that actually sits properly and comfortably on the body - especially on the African figure.

I grew up in a home where my grandmother made clothing for a living and owned a shop of her own. Having watched her work on her craft, I was inspired to one day be like her. This is why I perused an education and career in fashion.
