Setting up of a Charity Foundation – Aminah Foundation

Aminah Foundation is in the process of registration as a Charity/Trustee Organisation under the Malaysian Law with the focus of helping 4 main target categories:

1. Education for the underprivileged : We will be assisting the underprivileged to have good access to sound education, which they cannot afford to pay for books, fees or clothes relating to their educational needs.

2. Help for the Victims of Natural Disasters : We will be extending help for victims of earthquakes, landslides, flood and others, providing food and basic necessities including if they require assistance for access to medical.

3. Entrepreneurship reach for the poor : We will be funding entrepreneurship training fees for the poor or the needy for them to be able to learn entrepreneurship skills and start their own business to earn steady income and improve their living qualities.

4. Help for Orphans, Elderly, Disabled etc : We will be extending the help needed for these group of special people, for them to feel part of the society and to be living a better life.

Setting up of a Foundation or Charity/Trustee Organisation under the Malaysian Law, requires us to pay certain setting up fees to the Company Secretary who will be preparing the necessary documents to be submitted to the Malaysian Government for this Aminah Foundation to be legally registered under The Legal Office, Prime Minister's Department of Malaysia (BHEUU, JPM).

We humbly request for your kind help to help us in the setting up fees and to enable all of us to be able to help more people in the long run, with the setting up of this Aminah Foundation.
