My Service Dog of 10 years, Sophia, died suddenly of cancer. I need a new service dog to help me get up and get out. Even if she is just there to help with household things, she will still be a blessing. Many service dog organizations are now charging a bunch of money and have long lines. This is because so many deserving veterans need them. And I do not mind being at the back of the list. But when the time comes, I need to be ready, willing and have the funds. Applying at every place I can find has been difficult, but I will not let it get me down. I still have the desire to ride my special bike (my husband surprised me with years ago). I know that I need lots of surgeries, but I am willing to do whatever it takes! It would be so much easier with a new canine partner by my side. She can help me walk, she can help me shower, she can help me when I have a seizure or nightmares. She can help me live, love and give again. Can you help us? Please. Thank you for any little bit that you are able to spare. It is amazing how much each little bit adds up to in the end. That is what I have heard. I need you
