Service Trip to Skid Row

This November, DePaul Univeristy, as part of their Vincentians in Action (VIA) program is sending students to different locations throughout the United States with the goal of serving others while at the same time growing as individuals.  Each of these trips has a certain focus, the trip that I am a part of is going to L.A. with homelesness as the focus.  As many of you may know, L.A. is home to skid row, a nutoriously impoverished area.  As part of the trip we live humbly, staying in the homeless shelter with the Sisters of Charity for a week. Our primairy exspense for this trip is each of our plane tickets as we are currently in Chicago.  Please help make this trip a reality and help provide us with some of the financial resoruces so that we can serve those less fortunate than ourselves.
