Greetings to All in the Name of our Risen Priest and King!!! This project proposes the rehab of a former nursery school to help special needs and at-risk youth have a creative safe haven in an otherwise high-crime area. According to the parents of these little angels, they need an outlet from the disparity of day to day conditions. In some cases the little ones have been denied access to early childhood development because of their families' inability to pay for quality child care; let alone child enrichment classes. We want to become the change that we wish to see in the world by bringing a well-rounded program back into this urban area. Surrounding residents know what child enrichment is and have expressed their will to support our efforts. Please help us give these little ones the time and place they need to develop their young minds as well as allow them to safely learn and explore their surroundings. The necessary resources for early child development are quickly fading on a national level. How do we say to a child, " just smell the flowers, dont plant them"???
