Sensory lights for son with autism

Hello! I'm in desperate need of money for sensory lighting for my 6 year old sons bedroom.  He was diagnosed at age 5 but we knew from when he was younger he had autism. He absolutely loves special lighting and bubble tubes with lighting.  The nursery he attended had a sensory room and this was the happiest I've seen him. It completely calms him and helps him 'switch off' his mind. He's a very thoughtful boy and does lots of repeative hand movement and vocal stimming daily and this is extra at night as he processes the day alone in his bed.  I would love if he were able to lay back and rest like the rest of us do without taking his worries and thoughts to bed. At the moment we use battery fibre optic little lights (2) and he's so paranoid the batteries will run out so he gets us to but extra batteries every shopping trip and when he wakes up he runs to switch them off to save the battery.   I love his little quirks but ideally if we could plug something in and for it to be a mellow light show would make a huge difference to his sleep pattern and thoughts.    I have an an end date on this so I can put closure on hoping to finally get some cool lights for my son.
