Hello friends and family and everyone reading my post. My name is Victor Balogun a 25 years old Computer Science/Biomedical Engineering junior at South Dakota State University, being the only surviving child of a widowed mother I have made it a priority to advance my life for the betterment of those around me, that includes going to college at all cost even if I had to start late, however we sometimes get stuck in unwanted situation. As international students the expenses of schooling in America is quite gigantic but it pays in the end. I have volunteered and participated in coding challenges, summer camps, vocational bible school, church worship ministry and other campus related activities.

Coming from a poor background I would never have made it to study in the States if I had not received financial support from my sponsor who is an American, however she has being facing a long string of financial pitfalls for the past 15 months which has put my education in an uncertain state, currently am at risk of dropping out, loosing all my invested years and by implication violating my immigration status. I interned at Daktronics but am still short of funds because I still have a backlog of uncleared bills from last semesters'.

I humbly solicit the help of everyone reading this post to help me raise the about $19,000 to cover my senior year in college, your kind gesture is really appreciated for taking the time to read. As Ronald Reagan said," We can't help everyone but everyone can help someone."
