senior carer medical expenses

My father is ill with kidneys insufficiency and he is 67 years old, has an edema in his lunges and he can not walk. I am taking care of him together with my old mother and we do not have an income and I can not get a job now because he will be alone with my old mother because I am their only son here. We need to buy groceries, buy medicine and pay the bills we are in big bad economical situation so we need help to be able to live basic just to survive this needing while my father gets better. Let me tell you that when everything turns better and I can get a job then I will give back the same amount of money step by step to other poor people at the hospital in my neighborhood. I appreciate in advance your good hearts for your donations that can be a very small amount that will count in my father's life.
