Sending Sam to University

My son, Samuel finished his A-Level examination last year and applied to the National University of Singapore to pursue his degree at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. He is planning to study Psychology, which is what he loves. Recently, he applied for a community-based scholarship, but was not successful and was not offered the scholarship.

Due to an underlying medical condition, the family has spent a small fortune on his treatment over 12 years, and which is still on-going. The family is facing some setbacks financially and would greatly appreciate if the online community would be help Sam finance his studies with donations towards the fees for his first semester. Hopefully, if everyone chips in to donate a small amount, Sam will be able to enroll this August to start his studies without worries.
