Help Send Julia to British English Olympics in London!

We are excited to share that Julia (13) has been selected to the 8th and 9th grade team from Escola Dinamica to travel to London in August to compete in the annual British English Olympics (BEO). Operated by Oxford International Education Group, BEO is the leading provider of English language competitions for international students.

Julia will spend two weeks in London where she will stay in dorm rooms at Bradfield College. Escola Dinamica will compete with international schools in a variety of academic events, including: Debate, Improvisation, Mystery Challenge, Investigation, Acapella, Drama, and more! We are excited about the opportunity Julia has to develop her leadership skills and teamwork as they take on these challenges against some of the brightest young minds from schools all over the world.

"As soon as I heard I had the opportunity to go to BEO I couldn’t believe it. An opportunity to go to Europe with my school and my best friends to represent my school in an academic competition just doesn’t sound believable! BEO is where I will embrace someone new inside of me, someone who will learn how to be confident, speak on stage, and someone more independent. I hope to succeed in my goals at BEO and hope to add all of this experience to my future college applications and more. BEO is not an easy thing to pay for though, so that’s why we need your help! Through my work with Escola Dinamica, I have had the pleasure to help these bilingual students prepare for this adventure. They are dedicated and, as you can imagine, extremely excited for this opportunity. In addition to the academic challenges, they will tour parts of London and its surrounding areas, interact with students from all over the world, and enjoy life altering experiences along the way.
