Send Pammu to Big Bad Con 2019!

I can't believe it! This campaign received full funding right at the last few hours! THANK YOU SO MUCH, EVERYONE!

I've been tracking my progress over Twitter, mostly, and will continue to be posting some spotlights and such on the original thread that collated all the ways that I was hoping to raise money for this endeavor. If you have an account, feel free to follow the thread over here.

For those of you who have pledged: once the convention is over, I am going to be sending out thank you emails with games attached as promised. If any of you are going to be at the convention itself, though, I hope we can find the time to meet up!

That's it for now. In between all my final preparations, I'm hoping to post about the designers that will be receiving Affinity Publisher licenses, the locally made gaming peripherals that I'll be showing off, and the games I'm bringing around. It was the practice of uplifting those around us that brought me here. I intend to do the same for me and my own.

I recently went on Twitter to talk about putting together a game bundle on itch. This bundle was meant to purchase Affinity Publisher licenses for indie game designers who would like proper publishing/design/layout software but do not have easy access to them due to their life circumstances.

So, I've updated the copy of my campaign to include this paragraph:

"As of September 13: I have also decided that beyond funding my activities for diverse gamers - any extra proceeds to this campaign will go to a fundraiser for purchasing Affinity Publisher licenses for Filipino designers. This fundraiser will likely be an initiative that is going to extend well beyond the period of this campaign - but the sooner I can get started on it with a sizeable amount of income, the better!"

If this campaign goes beyond 1,000 USD, the extra money - including as much as I can give from the leftovers of my upkeep and expenses during Big Bad Con - will go into this funding pool. Please consider donating if you can!

Hey, everyone. I've been pushed beyond words and full of gratitude ever since this campaign started. Never would I have imagined that I'd set up a crowdsourcing thing, and that people would show they love and support in spades through shares, regular boosts, and pledges! It's been less than a week, and I'm over halfway funded. I've also gotten really good sales on my Itch.io account, and one of my patrons adjusted his pledge on Patreon to support me better for the long haul.

There's still most of the month to go. I'll be busy with preparations, most especially for the designers that I will be representing. The people from Gamers & GMs Philippines will be helping me put together the things we will give away as a sort of showcase of what Filipino game designers are capable of bringing to the table.

If you know anyone who may be interested in pledging, but would rather go about their pledge another way: my Itch.io Unsale is still live, the First Edition of Sundo is still at 50% off for another week, and my Patreon account is still a thing. Barring that, any share or boost of the posts I've been making on FB and Twitter go a really long way.
