FemInEm Idea Exchange (FIX) is an annual conference sponsored by FemInEm in New York City. The conference is a 2 day event focused on gender equity in medicine. It is very inspirational and forward thinking and would be a great way for us to show our support for gender equity in our department.

We would like to sponsor 1-2 residents to attend the upcoming conference (September 15-17 2019) using faculty donations. The deadline for funds will be January 15, 2018. Donations are of course completely voluntary.

This opportunity will be open to both male and female residents in any PGY level. Interested residents will be entered into a raffle for random selection.
