Campaign Story
Greetings!
We are NinoNina Clothing.
Our value chain begins with our communities. Filipinos living in poverty often have dreams of getting out poverty but lack the necessary skill sets and opportunities to do so. One example of this is GK Smokey Mountain- a community we are getting to know. We've seen them at work. We believe in their skills and we want to partner with them to create value for all. Our company is about providing equal opportunity for everyone to move forward, especially the community. With a supply chain that involves the Philippine Textile Research Institute and agricultural and sewing communities, we wish to further the impact by providing jobs, income and further opportunities.
This year, our team has been selected to participate in the University Startup World Cup which will be held in Denmark. This once-in-a-lifetime competition will bring us valuable sets of knowledge, networks, and skills which will be crucial in piloting our enterprise. However, our group, right now, does not have any financial capability to support the trip. Fortunately, when we shared our situation with the organizers they were willing to shoulder half the cost of the flight which is $425 and the whole cost of the hotel which is $450. Despite this huge support, we still could not push through financially since we are lacking the other $425. Thus, we are here now asking for your support to help send one representative to Denmark so that NinoNina can be presented to the global platform. We really hope that you could give us a chance in not only representing the sector we support but to represent the country as well in this global gathering of entrepreneurs and leaders.
Cheers,
NinoNina Clothing
