Hello,

 My name is Jacob Weldon. I am 19 years old and finally got accepted into my dream college (National Aviation Academy). Unfortunately I will not be able to go unless I can raise some money to get there and pay the rest of my tuition. I have applied for many loan and have been denied all of them. I have also applied for FAFSA and got approved for $40000 to help with my $49000 tuition. Words cannot describe how happy I was to hear that. I will hopefully be the only person in my family to attend college, even better I graduated high school. My life has had a lot of rough patches and I'm trying to turn all the negativity into positive. For example, I have always been out down my entire life. My mom would drop me off anywhere she could to go out with frienS. I was abused by her multiple boyfriends and was never in the right and I "deserved" it. I ran away from "home" when I was 9 years old to go to my grandmothers house where my mother showed up with custody papers already signed. My farher has never been in my life. I know who he his but we go by first name bases. It's not the father and son bonding life. Right now I have met the girl of my dreams who is the only person who supports me in everything I do. My family is against me on going to school because they want me to join the army to take care of them. I will always love my family and will do what I can do to help them out. This is my life though and I want a career I will absolutely love. If anyone is willing to help me out even a little bit it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.
