Send Mar to Haiti

***UPDATE*** As of 2/15/13 I've raised $745 out of $2000 so far!  Thank you to everyone who has found it in their heart to help me along this journey.

Hello, my name is Marlana Jones and I am 26 years old living in Lebanon, Ohio. 

What defines me is my love for people, because of the love that I was given by God. Because of this love I have been called to serve in Neply, Haiti at an orphanage and organization called myLIFEspeaks.

The orphanage opened up a school for children that have special needs and God has called me to serve there and to use my hands, my feet, my heart and my head knowledge to make a change and to help show this country that these children have value and worth simply because they are a child of God.

I’ll be leaving August 31, 2013 until September 7, 2013 unless God calls me to serve longer. And this is where YOU come in.  I need help to make this trip possible.    I need your support, your love, your prayers, and also I need to fundraise. I also need to raise $2000 to fund my expenses, thank you for helping my along my journey!
