Support Love Ramos Flores Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease

Please help Love Flores, 42 yrs old, single Mother, she was diagnosed Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease / End of Renal Disease, Chronic Glomerulonephiritis, Hypertension, Diabetes, Pulmonary Hypertension, Cardiomegaly, and she's also suffering a multiple bone fractured. She's in her battle for almost 6 years now, and as days goes by her body become weaker and weaker. She's fighting and enduring all the pain for almost a year, her body is giving up due to multiple complications.
