Send Juliette to Grad School in NYC!

Hi there!

My name is Juliette Vaissiere, and I am a 22 year-old French-American painter currently based in Denton, TX.

I graduated in May from the University of North Texas with a BFA in Drawing/Painting, Minors in Business Foundations and Chinese Language, and a Certificate in E-commerce.

I am also an active Honors College student, and graduated Magna Cum Laude, with the Distinguished Honors College Scholar Award, and a 3.8GPA.

A few weeks ago, I was accepted into my DREAM graduate program at the New York Academy of Art. I am beyond excited!!! It is a very selective program (only accepting about 50 students per year), and focuses on contemporary figurative work in a traditional studio approach. It is the perfect program for me.

I am, however, extremely worried about financing my last two years of higher education. I have already taken out two loans, and am applying to new scholarships right and left, but it will still not be even close to enough.

I am so passionate about my art and my career, and I am a very hard worker.
