Send Jade to Ballet School

Hi, this is my daughter, Jade Princessa (16), we’re from Indonesia. She’s been dancing since she was 8. Ballet is her passion & made her want to become a professional ballet dancer. We know that it’s not going to be easy as ballet is not doing really good as a career in Indonesia & moreover we don’t have a full time ballet school in Indonesia. That lead us sending audition videos to ballet academies overseas.

Her audition has been accepted to several ballet academies :

- Academie Princesse Grace, Monaco (2019 Winter and Summer course)

- Kirov, Washington DC (Summer Program with 50% scholarship and acceptance of Full Year round 2019-2020)

- Harid, Florida (Summer Program with partial financial aid, i will be auditioning for the year round during this year summer program)

- Vaganova, St Petersburg (Summer Program)

- Bolshoi, Moscow (Year Round Traineeship 2019-2020)

- Ballet Legacy Scholarship, Montana, USA

She even got a gold medal at the 2019 Asian Pacific Arts Festival, Vietnam and won the 1st Winner at 2019 Asian Grand Prix Jakarta Regional, that got her invited for the AGP Final in Hong Kong, received 50% scholarship for AGP Ballet Master Class in Hong Kong, received Excellent Talent Award from Repetto.

Eventhough with all the scholarship, unfortunately, I cannot afford it, but with your help, she can fulfill her dream of becoming a professional ballerina. Time is running out with only a few months to enroll so please contribute in any way possible. She will have to travel overseas from Indonesia. This is going to be extremely expensive. The funds will cover travel, the tuition balance, room and board, ballet supply, and many other things.

Now, that finally she can have her chance of pursuing her goals, she would be devastating if she couldn't take these amazing opportunities just because I can't afford it. We has done and risk everything we have for her education. We have been intimidated and mocked and we’re just so tired of hearing people telling us to wake up and realize that ballet is not for Jade and that ballet is only for people that has savety net, has money and telling her that she’s not good enough. We’ve tried to get sponsorship from our government, but they said they don’t support these kind of activities.

Every dollar counts so please help her get there so she can achieve her dream of becoming a professional ballerina.
