An opportunity for future budding gymnastics Olympians. A TRIP TO CHINA. Shanghai and Bejing for twelve days. Training and living in the same facilities as the Chinese Gymnastics Team. Soaking in the culture and the atmosphere from one of the worlds finest competitive countries.
Eric Dupuy is a twelve year old, grade 7 student who trains 20 hours a week. He is currently preparing his level 4 routines for this season of competition. His favourite event is pommel horse and parallel bars. He won himself the opportunity to attend the "Kyle Shewfelt Gymfest", where he won gold on Rings and was presented with a pair of handgrips by Kyle Shewfelt himself. Eric joined the Cross Country team at school this year and in his spare time enjoys exploring on his bicycle and loves fishing at the cottage.
Dorian Doan is in his final year at Settlers Green Public School grade 6 French Immersion program. He plays the violin and the trumpet. He is continuing his ballet training after choosing competitive gymnastics over competitive dance. He attended the Eastern Canadian Gymnastics Championships as part of Team Ontario in St. John's Newfoudlnad, where he brought home an All-Around Personal Silver, and the Team Gold for Ontario. He trains 24 hours a week, loves High Bar, rocks the Parallel Bar, but just plain loves learning new skills.
We need your help and support. An investment into their preparation as future Olympic athletes. Any donation amount is helpful and greatly appreciated. The boys would love to attend and be able to take part in this experience.
