semi modular housing

I have developed a semi modular house, which is built quicker than present day construction methods. Because the sections are put together under roof, shed, warehouse, etc., the weather is taken out of the picture.

The basic design results in 1,600 square feet, with an eight foot veranda on all sides. The veranda can be adapted to four season usage.

I have the basic drawings done. Money for advanced construction drawings is needed.

The evolution after that is covered in my web site peterdsowatskeysr.com . Suffice to explain here is that a to scale model is needed, then a full scale model house, while land is sought for a construction site that will hold multiple houses.

This will need other campaigns, until the experience factor proves to regular investors that the idea is working.
