Hi everyone,

short about me, my name is Julian, I'm 21 and a student from Germany. Since a couple of weeks I'm studying abroad at San Diego State in California. My major is "business and economics", it's my third year (fifth semester) right now.

Since the living costs in California are high, I lost the control about my financial situation. I got a credit opportunity by my German bank, but that is not enough. I'm already living in a room that's nor very expensive, moreover I'll return my car into a cheaper one this week. To continue my experience abroad in this lovely country, I definitely need some money. Since my family is not wealthy, I can't ask them to give me more money as they already did before I left Germany. Also, this is not for partying or having fun only. I did rarely go to parties here ad try to concentrate on my education as well as experiencing the United Staes a bit.

Moreover I have some big future plans. With my student organization AIESEC I plan to go to Africa for teaching children there. I also want to go to Asia and to a social internship maybe in India or China. To fulfill these dreams and to get the chance to change the world a bit, I need to finish my semester abroad in a safe and controlled way.

So PLEASE, anyone out there! I don't have a minimum level of what you can donate. Just give me what you can give or what you want to give. I promise to do the same thing for others who need help - as soon as I got my financial situation under control again.

Regards, Julian
