SELVA CONSERVATION FUND - PROTECTING NATURE'S FUTURE We love the rainforest and animals at Selva and now in 2015, we have launched the Selva Conservation Fund. Selva conservation fund was set up to raise money to help protect the future of nature and wildlife through conservation work and education within Our selva project, for the local community The Selva project have a project up and running that help to educate and raise awareness for rare and endangered species and the rapid loss of our worlds rainforest, and we are taking this further with the Selva conservation fund to help support the four major charities involved in the conservation of endangered species and the protection of their natural habitats. We are hoping that with generous donations from our customers at our selva exotics and visitors to our selva education stand we able to make a difference and achieve some great results including the following: We aim to purchase acres of land in The rainforest –By protecting an acre of rainforest, we will support work to secure land rights for the communities who call the forest home. Help pay for a ranger to protect the land Help with the immediate threats faced by gorillas and chimps in the African rainforest, Help the rehabilitation and preservation of orangutans and the conservation of their habitat Help the charities work with communities of the rainforest todevelop long-term solutions to ensure their survival of what they call home. Help fund our educational and conservation selva projects.
