Selim needs his testicles

My step grand son, Selim, who is now 10 months old, needs a bilateral orchiopexy to retrieve his undescended testes. His parents, Aya and Adham, have been told it needs to be done as soon as possible, and should have been done months ago. However, as most people in the family work in tourism, which in Egypt has been slow for several years, income has been virtually non existent, so even buying food has been challenging. This added pressure has really stressed everyone out. As a foreigner I do have some income, but it is not enough to cover this expense in the time span. They can't imagine that strangers will be willing to help them, but have given me permission to go ahead with this campaign. He has just cut his 2 top teeth, please help him get his lower bits sorted.
