Traveling down a long dark stretch of highway at around 2:00am, a young mother of two suddenly finds herself in a dangerous situation. She is miles from home with her two young children, and her car has stalled. She tries to start the car several times with no luck. Her children are crying and she begins to panic. She is stuck in the middle of nowhere, with no sign of any town in sight. Then, she remembers a commercial she saw on Tv. It was for a company providing 24/7 emergency road side repair services. The name was             ?????                 Select         ?????????????     She can only remember that it began with select.  She decides to google it, and types in Select road side repair.  AAA is the top listing, but a little below that there is a listing for Select Auto Parts which indicates that they offer 24/7 road side repairs.   She dials the 800 number, praying that she has the right company. On the second ring, a woman comes on line saying Select Auto Parts emergency call center--my name is _______. After a brief conversation and a few routine questions, the dispatcher asks the young mother to stay on the line so they can have the call traced to get a fix on her location. She can here the woman place a call, requesting for the position of her cell phone signal. Shortly there after, the dispatcher comes back to phone and informs the young mother that they have her location, and a service truck is already in route to her location. approximately 45 minutes later, the young woman recieves a phone call at about the same time she spots headlights approaching from behind her. Upon answering the phone, she is greated by a gentalman introducing himself as _____________. The man proceeds to tell her that he can see her car and is approaching. Before the call is ended, the man pulls up and turns on the emergency lights. He gets out of the truck and asks the young woman if she would like to get in the truck with her children so they can watch cartoons. After getting the family situated in the truck, the man goes to the car to perform some tests on the vehicle. A few minutes later, the man appears at the passenger side window of the truck. He tells the woman that her fan belt has broken, which likely caused the car to overheat and shut down. After a short conversation, the man tells the woman that the total cost of the repair would be $35.00. $20.00 for the belt and $15.00 for the labor. The man further tells the woman that he doesn't have the belt on the truck, but that he will give her a free tow to his facility, where he has the belt and will put it on for the $35.00 fee.

About an hour and a half later, the young woman is back on the road, and her two young children are asllep in the backseat again.

Although this story is fictional, that scenario could be played out on any given roadway, at any given moment. That young mother of two could very well be you, or someone you love.
