Seizure Life (Seize-Your-Life)

Update posted by Zhai Segura On Aug 28, 2019

I know this update is days delayed already but for everyone who has been keeping tabs on Jason's condition, I am happy to inform you that he is out of the hospital since last Sunday. Your donations were a big help in funding his medicines as well as the daily expenses of being in a public government hospital. He also has medicines even after getting out of the hospital and he will definitely use them for his follow-up check up too which is happening 7 days after he got discharged. Again, a big thanks to all of Jason's backers.

I pray that you would continue to support him with any amount that you can because Seizure Disorder is a lifetime sickness. Although we are also in faith for a miracle to happen in his brain so if you cannot donate, your prayers will be greatly appreciated too.

His life outside the hospital begins... and with your help, he can continue to have hope that despite his sickness, life is beautiful especially when you are surrounded with people who genuinely care for your life too.

Let me take this opportunity to thank all of you who has donated for Jason not only your money but your time in sharing our social media posts and his gogetfunding link. He is definitely on the road to recovery because of your donations, support and most importantly the prayers he is getting from alot of you.

So good news, his last seizure attack happened afternoon of 20-Aug and since then he has been transferred into a regular ward room, supposedly waiting for a chance to have an available ICU bed but since being transferred into the room, his condition has improved alot (the stressful environment of the ER may have been adding to his anxiety too). Also, we finally know the culprit of his recent attacks and its.... PNEUMONIA.

Currently, Jason is still under observation. Although the doctor has ordered for his dextrose to be removed already, he still cannot go home until he has fully finished his medication for pneumonia otherwise it may recur and may cause seizures again.

Please continue to pray for him. Your support in this cause is definitely encouraging and giving him more hope. :) God bless your hearts!

Jason had an attack Tuesday afternoon and his family decided to rush him to the hospital. They brought him initially at the Ospital ng Paranaque but was refused to be taken in because he was unconcious and was not responsive to light. According to the ER Doctor, what he needs is a NeuroSurgeon and a CTScan which the hospital does not have. (Background: he was admitted at the same hospital just last June-2019 where he was checked by a Neurologist who holds regular clinic in the hospital
