Seeking Help for My Child with Special Needs

We are knocking on your kind hearts to help my son, Joaquin Poblete III.

He is 4 years old from Rosario, Cavite Philippines and diagnosed with microcephaly, myoclonic jerks, general epilepsy, global developmental delay and blindness.

His condition requires round-the-clock attention and he is on constant medication. He recently had to go through an expensive and painful tooth extraction procedure just to enable him to eat properly.

His father is the sole provider for the family but sadly, he is currently out of work due to COVID pandemic. We are desperately in need of the finances for Joaquin to thrive and live comfortably as possibly can.
