Seeking funds for Max diagnosed with FLUTD

greetings to all the kindred souls out there, Max, my companion cat of 5 years has been suddenly diagnosed with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Diseases(FLUTD).

I have been to quite a number of vets and all of which are recommending surgery as the only option due to age and other complications.

Members of my family suggested that my Max to be "put out" since we can't afford the cost of the surgery but i strongly disagree with their decision and thus am here seeking funds to help ease the burden on the upcoming vet bills to come.

I really love my Max and hope we will get through this daunting phase.
