Seed To Tree

Hello! We are SeedToTree!

We are a CAS project at Pechersk International School and our mission is to plant trees in schools and kindergartens around Kiev, Ukraine. We want to make our city more green and functional, but we won’t be able to achieve it without your help. We are raising money for gardening equipment, tree starters etc. We are hoping for your help in this project!

SeedToTree is a new service project to benefit the local community, focusing on three main factors: the environment, quality of life and community. We will work with nearby Ukrainian schools or kindergartens and plant trees on their campuses to improve their environment. We’re also exploring the possibility of planting trees in the most critical areas of the city where that is allowed and imperative to well-being (for instance, here). We are going to contact the schools through their email address (or phone number) and propose our idea to them. We are also going to research locations where planting trees is permissible. All locations are going to improve the environment of Kyiv. In order to ensure that the trees are planted safely and that they live a long time, in-depth prior research is already being done.
