Second year at bible school

In my first year of bible school (victory gap year) started in January, 2017. In this bible school course it took me from a place of being really confused about who I am to a place where I could fully establish my identity. God did some deep emotional healing I'm my life where I had to work through some deep sores and lies that seeped through some hurting happenings. This also took me to a place of complete forgiveness.

Through the year we had a lot of classes about things like hearing God's voice, emotional intelligence, bible study, etc. Evolving around both personal leadership and biblical principles.

I was involved in a leadership stream where we were taught how to be an effective follower/ leader and many more leadership principles.

So going from a first year in leadership stream to a second year of pastoral leadership, where we will be going classes of making a difference and being an influence, etc. It will also take us to a more influential leadership role where we can advance God's kingdom throughout the entire world.

I really felt that God is calling me to a second year for the fact that he has really being speaking to me about going into ministry and using my testimony to help people that is going through the same things. During my second year I'll also be studying psychology in counseling, which will help me achieve this dream.

The reason why I put in this fundraiser is, because growing up with 3 siblings and my parents running a young business on their own that is still trying to find it's feet, made it really stressful and difficult for them this year to keep me in my first year, and being in a busy program I couldn't really get a part time job to help me out with finances and I really want to take the load off my parents shoulders. In my second year I will be having a part time job, but it will unfortunately not pay me well enough to cover all my fees of second year, studies, accommodation and living expenses.
