Second operation of Baby Juanteo

This is for my son named Christopher Juanteo C . Carlos . He just had his operation last February 8 because he has transverse colostomy.He will be having is second operation when he get 10kls. He is a premature baby that's why he wasn't able to fully develop . The fund will be used to pay his hospital bill. he stayed there for 20 days .
