SECOND LIFE: Open heart surgery

I've lived for 24 years with a congenital heart disease called Atrial Septal Defect. I never expected that I will have such condition until I reached college, in my first year. Although I tried keeping away from things that are unhealthy and might be a killer to my health. I was advised that an open heart surgery is the only repair and cure for my situation. I'm asking for assistance from the Almighty and to anyone who has a kind heart that may be an instrument to fulfill my life long wish to help me prolong and have a chance to taste second life.
