Campaign Story
An appeal for help from my sister:
Hello! My name is Mel and I was diagnosed with an end-stage kidney disease last December 2016. I currently rely on dialysis until I have enough funds to undergo kidney transplant.
I belong to a small family. We lost our father when I was 19 and a couple of years later, I found out that I am also diabetic. I started working from then on to support my medications and my family. I currently live with my younger sister and my mother who is a senior citizen.
I still do my best to work and earn a decent living to help fund my medical needs. Me and my sister are currently doing admin work to pay our bills. I believe that my will to live longer is bigger than my disability.
I am knocking to your kinds hearts hoping that you can help me and my sister, who is my willing donor, to come up with the funds to have ourselves tested if we're a good match and hopefully, undergo kidney transplant. Please grant my request for a longer life to continue bringing happiness to people with my positive outlook in life.

Update posted by Evangeline Binsol at 04:38 amWe went to the doctor this morning to finally get checked for the fluids in my right lung. He was referred to us by the nephrologist who takes care of my health. We are being asked to buy some items so we don't have to pay too many fees and
Thank you for sharing your blessings with me :)
Update posted by Evangeline Binsol at 07:58 amJust got home from the nephrologist's clinic. I got a copy of the ultrasound results. I always keep these for future use. I might have the fluids drained on Friday. Some say it would be painful but it's for me to feel better. So, let's do it! - Mel
