Second Chance at A Future

Hey everyone.

My name is Zara, I am an international student currently studying in South Africa at Nelson Mandela University. I started out my tertiary journey doing accounting but only recently realised that I am not compatible with it. I then decided to make a drastic change in my fourth year to chase my passion, Science. The beginning of this year I made the leap to Biological Sciences and have no regrets so far. My big problem is that, my parents do not have the means to financially support anymore in my studies, Therefore, I have taken it upon myself to find every possible way to support myself financially from here onwards. The dilemma I am currently facing is that my visa from my previous degree is expiring this year and I still have not paid my fees for the first year that I am doing. If I can not pay my fees so that I may apply for a study visa again, I will be forced to leave(which I do not have the funds for either). I am desperately looking for funds to pay off my remaining fees as soon as possible because as it stand I can't even continue with second semester. I refuse to believe that when I finally have the courage to do something I am passionate about and have a chance in succeeding, that it will all just disappear. Going back to my home country has no future for me so this is all I have left to fight for. This is my only chance to make things right. My only chance at a future.
